Bridging ladders are designed to get you across
those deep narrow washes, crevasses between rocks,
or partial washouts on dirt roads. They are much stronger
than sand ladders or PSP. You can also lean bridging
ladder against embankments to get that front bumper
up over the step.
And yes, you can just lay bridging ladder s flat
in front of your wheels and use them as traditional
sand ladders.
Our aluminum bridging ladder are beautifully made
and sold as a pair. They are 5' long and accommodate
a 10" tire tread width. Weight is only 20 lbs. each,
much less than steel planks. They will acomodate
a fully loaded Land Rover Defender 110, Jeep or Toyota
Land Crusier with no problem.
