Telephone is usually the fastest means of making your order. Our experienced
product specialists can help you make sure you are ordering the correct
parts for your vehicle and that you are ordering everything you need
to complete your project. When ordering it is important that you
give us the year, model and engine type of your Land Rover. When
ordering transmission parts we will need the suffix letter off the
stamping on the side of the top cover. Parts availability frequently
changes without notice.
If you do not see an item in this catalog please inquire. We
stock many items that are not in the catalog and we will be happy
to special order any other part that is available from Rover or
our other suppliers.
Unlike other companies, we base our prices on our actual costs
and not projections of costs at the end of a catalog life. This
saves you having to pay for a projected price increase that hasn’t
happened. While we understand that looking up a price in a price
list or web site lookup can be a little inconvenient, we think
you would prefer lower prices given the choice. We make every
effort to hold our prices, they are subject change at anytime
without notice. Our latest price for an item is always available
for you to look up on our web site and you can download our entire
price list.
We can special order parts for military or European specification
Land Rovers if the parts are available new. While we do not charge
a premium on special orders a deposit may be required and the
order can not be canceled without penalty. Please call for a
price quote. While most special orders arrive within a couple
weeks some may take as long as 10 weeks to arrive. Drop shipping
on special orders may be available.
We ship within the USA only: ask about Canada.
Orders on items placed before 3:00 PM are shipped
the same day. Orders taken after our last UPS pick up
are shipped the following business day. UPS Ground
is our normal method of shipping. UPS offers 3 day, 2
day and overnight services at extra cost. We can also
use FedEx or Priority Mail on request. Oversize items
are shipped by common carrier. Shipping charges are
calculated from Valencia, California.
All Genuine parts come with a 12 month, unlimited milage
warranty from Land Rover. All Lucas
remanufactured parts come with a 12 month, 12,000
mile warranty. Parts from other suppliers are also subject
to manufacturers warranty. British Pacific Ltd.
assumes no responsibility for making warranty decisions
for the manufacturers. We assume no liability for
the failure of any part we sell, or any collateral damage
caused by the failure of the part. To that end, we strive
to carry only the highest quality parts available from well
known manufacturers, and use them ourselves. While
we make every effort to assure quality, we are only a
distributor, and as such are dependent on the supplier
or manufacturer for any refunds or warranties.
Contact us at once if there is a problem with your order
or you have changed your mind. Do not refuse shipment
if it is addressed to you. All returns must be approved
prior to shipment. No returns or refunds on electrical
parts (replacement only). No returns on special
orders without prior approval. A restocking charge may
be assessed depending on the order. No refunds after
60 days. Returned goods must be in unused, salable
condition, in the original packaging.
